How Can I Forgive and Be Patient?

  BY Argie Simonis

Forgiving someone who hurt us and showing patience in difficult situations is not always easy. Yet Jesus calls His followers to live with a heart of mercy and endurance.

Jesus said:

" For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:"

Matthew 6:14

The foundation of forgiveness is remembering how much God has already forgiven us. The Bible reminds us:

" But God commends his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

Romans 5:8

When we understand the grace we have received, it becomes easier to extend that grace to others.

------------------------------------

Patience is closely connected to forgiveness. Scripture encourages believers to endure with humility and love:

" With all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, forbearing one another in love;"

Ephesians 4:2

Forgiveness does not mean ignoring the hurt or allowing others to continue harming us. Instead, it means getting rid of any bitterness from our hearts and trusting God to bring justice and healing.

As we grow in faith, God gives us the strength to forgive and the patience to endure. Through His grace, our hearts become more like Christ’s—full of mercy, love, and peace. ✨

Ezekiel's Prophecy - End Times.

  BY Argie Simonis

We live in a time of rising geopolitical tensions, wars, and global uncertainty. Many people are wondering whether the events unfolding today were foretold in the Bible. One of the most discussed prophetic passages is found in Ezekiel chapters 38–39.

This prophecy speaks about a leader called Gog from the land of Magog who will lead a powerful coalition of nations against Israel. Among the nations mentioned are Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya.

Many Bible scholars associate Magog, Meshech, and Tubal with regions linked to modern Russia and surrounding territories. Because of this, some interpreters see possible connections between this prophecy and current global developments such as Russia’s growing power, the war in Ukraine, and the tensions in the Middle East.

Although the prophecy describes a great threat against Israel, the Bible makes it clear that God Himself will intervene and defeat these enemies.

The message for believers is clear: remain spiritually alert, stand firm in faith, and recognize the times in which we live, as global events may carry prophetic significance.

Clouds of War – Prophetic Times.

 BY Argie Simonis

The world is in great turmoil. Wars, geopolitical tensions, and fear have created an atmosphere of anxiety and uncertainty.

Yet behind these visible events, there is a deeper spiritual reality.

The Word of God reveals that what happens on earth is a reflection of a spiritual conflict. The battle is not merely human—it involves spiritual forces and powers. But God is not a passive observer of events; He is the Lord who directs them and musters the army for battle, having absolute control.

🔹 Fear not!

Despite everything happening, Jesus warned us:
there will be wars, famines, diseases, and earthquakes—but we should not be troubled.

👉 Why?
Because we know the end of the story and the victory of God. Nothing escapes His control.
Even kings and nations move within His plan.

🔹 The victory of Christ!

Christ has already triumphed over spiritual powers through the cross.
Salvation and freedom from sin are now available.

The earth will not be destroyed by man. The Lord Himself will do it:

" But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved to fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men." (2 Peter 3:7)

" But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up." (2 Peter 3:10)

🔹 The fear of death

The fear of death keeps people in bondage.

👉 But the believer is free:

Physical death is not the end—and the one who truly understands this can neither be intimidated nor manipulated.

🔹 Prophecy about Elam (Iran)

The Scriptures also refer to specific nations, such as Elam (a region of modern-day Iran):

-- judgment and scattering,

but also

-- future restoration.

Amen!
